FDDS has been commissioned by Chivas Brothers to design the interiors and experience of their new purpose-built tasting room for Scapa Distillery, located at the edge of Scapa Flow on the Orkney Islands.

The design scope extended to architectural elements to create an immersive space to dive into the local history as well as the exploration of this special single malt whisky.

Custom furniture, a tasting ritual and an interactive radio desk have been custom made. We sourced a vast collection of antiquities from around to world to bring authenticity to this contemporary building.
